With Update Safe, you no longer need to worry about compatibility issues or downtime. Our dedicated team from customer service, development and consultancy manage and perform the updates in a safe environment before releasing them to your live solution.

Update Safe gives you peace of mind

The updates performed as part of the Update Safe are planned in close cooperation with you and done outside normal business hours unless otherwise agreed. This reduces user disruption and impact on the daily operation of your business.

We make sure we don't start updating your solution until we have completed our thorough internal testing - this way, you avoid being affected by bugs in the standard TRIMIT and Business Central solutions.

The services included in Update Safe are a mix of ongoing monitoring, maintenance and planning, and actual update work.

Ongoing monitoring and maintenance
Our team performs ongoing behind-the-scenes work to make sure your business solution is always in shape. This includes code updates to new versions, ongoing validation and test of custom apps, update of documentation and maintenance of sandbox environments.

Quarterly or semi-annual updates
Our team performs semi-annual updates of your business solution, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, TRIMIT, approved third-party apps and your specific customer app. If you have an Update Safe subscription, we add two additional updates per year, so your solution gets updated quarterly.

The subscription offer gives you a fixed cost per month and thereby financial predictability, regardless of how much work our team puts into each update for you.
